Greetings! On Saturday, May 13^th 2023 a general lecture was held in Master of Management Faculty of Economics and Business Telkom University. The general lecture, titled “Organizational Development: Essential Strategies for Industry 4.0” was conducted by an amazing speaker, Prof. Yusliza Mohd Yusoff, a Professor in the Faculty of Business, Economics and Social Development, Universiti Malaysia Terengganu as the speaker and Dr. Ratri Wahyuningtyas, a Dean of Faculty of Economics and Business Telkom University as the moderator.

The general lecture talked about how after the era of Industry 4.0, a new paradigm emerges: Industry 5.0, placing its focus on being human-centric, sustainable, and resilient. It also talked about the goals, key benefits, and the implementations of organizational development in industry.  The lecture was held via zoom online meeting and was attended by 157 students from Executive 45 Human Capital, Executive 46, Professional 19 Human Capital, Professional 20, and Regular 28.

The general lecture was an extraordinary event that left a lasting impression on all who attended. We are grateful to have had Prof. Yusliza as our speaker and Dr. Ratri to conduct the lecture session and Q&A session. We have high hopes that this general lecture will be beneficial to each and every one of us
