Dr. Maya Ariyanti SE., MM; is a lecturer at the Master of Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Telkom University, since 2008. Completed Bachelor of Management with Marketing Management concentration at the Faculty of Economics, Parahyangan University, Bandung, then continued on to Master of Management (MM) Marketing Concentration at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Padjadjaran University and obtained a Doctorate Business Management in Marketing Management Concentration at Padjadjaran University-Bandung.

Has certification in the field of Marketing Management and Digital Marketing from the Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) as well as international certification for Certified Marketing Analyst (CMA). The skills pursued are Marketing Management, Services, and Digital Marketing. Has several articles published in reputable journals, has several books and book chapters published such as Credit Management, Introduction to Monetary Theory, Marketing Plan, Business Management for Small and Medium Enterprises, Strategy for Small and Medium Enterprises in Covid-19 conditions, Marketing via Social Media for Business Small and Medium Enterprises, Sharing for the Nation, Marketing Theory, Industrial Marketing, Basic ICT Concepts in Computer System Applications and Internet Services, Marketing Management, and Marketing Strategy. Apart from that, she is a trainer, consultant and also writes several cases in the fields of management and marketing.
