BigBox is a universal on-premise Big Data Platform solution and data analytics for Enterprise. BigBox generates an in-depth understanding (insight) that is in accordance with the operational and business needs of the company so that it can support decision making, governance, strategy, and the progress of the client company. BigBox has been in the Big Data field since 2010 and is supported by experts such as data scientists, consultants and project leaders.

In order to develop the Big Data Analytics Laboratory, MM Tel-U with BigBox conducted a collaboration which was validated on December 8, 2020. Attended by Bigbox CEO, Muhammad Sigit Pramudya and BigBox CTO, Akas Triono Hadi and representatives of MM Tel-U namely Dr. Ratri Wahyuningtyas as the Dean of FEB Tel-U, Siska Noviaristanti, Ph.D as the Head of MM Program Tel-U and Dr. Gadang Ramantoko is a senior lecturer who is an expert in Big Data.
