On 8-9th of April 2019 the International Conference on Family Business & Entrepreneurship (ICFBE) was held. ICFBE is an event that brings academics together with business practitioners from all over the world who pay attention to issues of family business and entrepreneurship, held by President University with daily business and leading economic, Indonesia business with a predetermined theme: Sustainability of Family Business, Succession Planning and Family Conflicts, Professionalization and Family Culture, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, Digital Business and Digital Entrepreneurship. In 2019, the topics raised in ICFBE are Sustaining and Expanding Family Business and Entrepreneurship in Digital Transformation Era. The event will share the latest findings, business research, best practices, and involve conference participants from all over the world in discussions on the creation and sustainability of family business, which was attended by several large guests, including Hariyadi B. Sukamdani, Chairman of the Indonesian Employers’ Association, Harun Hajadi, Ciputra Group, Noni Sri Aryati Purnomo, President Director of Blue Bird Group Case in Transportation Industry, etc. At the ICFBE event held on that date, an alumni of Telkom University Student named Azalia Mawarindani Indra, who was a guidance student from Dr. Gadang Ramantoko, he is a lecturer or lecture at the Telkom University Management Masters. Azalia Mawarindani Indra has won 1st place at ICFBE Best Paper at The Patra Bali Resort & Villas.
